There were many factors that limited the success of organized labor including management opposition, conservative government, and lack of unity. During this period most unions collapsed, and most strikes were crushed and achieved few goals. Management had a variety of techniques to defeat labor. The asexual spores inside the sporangia are formed by mitosis. The mycelium of the Rhizopus are coenocytic because they don’t have cross walls. In the stained, prepared slide of Rhizopus the stages of zygospore development are viewed through sexual reproduction.
