	Dashman Review
	The Dashman Company is in the process of reorganizing its structure to coordinate purchasing efforts to alleviate difficulty in securing raw materials. The president of the company, Mr. Manson, gave Mr. Post the position of VP in charge of purchasing. While Mr. Post’s promotion was announced; the reasoning behind his promotion was not. This is the first leadership issue in that there seems to be a communication issue with the company. The company did not seem to take time to tell its associates about the purchasing problems and that Mr. Post would be in charge of fixing the problem. The next issue is that Mr. Post unilaterally made a decision to approve all contracts greater than $10,000.
