Abstract
The article I have chosen to review is Abolishing Pleas Bargaining: An End to the Same Old Song and Dance by Jeff Palmer. This paper will look at the history of plea bargains. Then discuss the arguments for and against plea-bargaining as well as the possible reforms the author cites in his article.
