	China passes new law on road traffic safety
	As we know ,a new law on ROAD TRAFFIC SATETY was passed on 29 th of OCT. One of the most disputed clause is that motorists would held liable for any traffic accident with a pedestrian. This would apply even if the pedestrian break the traffic rules and cause the accident. The new law also stipulate that Ў°motor-drive-vehicleЎ± should give way to pedestrian on zebra crossing and where there no traffic signals. Contrast with the former law which cleared the drivers of any responsibility if they were not at fault in an accident ,even if the accident causes death, I think ,the newly law is more fair and reasonable.
