Dewey said, “since education is a social process, and there are many kinds of societies…” (223) Education is through social endosmosis, but again it depends on the types of group and society that is around us. “The conception of education as a social process and function has no definite meaning until we define the kind of society we have in mind. ... The only problem with social endosmosis in education is how we should regulate how students socialize. ...
