Pakistan Review
Pakistan is the 6th most populous country in the world behind China, India, the United States, Indonesia and Brazil, however almost forty percent of the population is under the age of fifteen years old. Bordered by Iran on the west, Afghanistan on the northwest, China on the northeast, India on the east, and the Arabian Sea on the south, Pakistan is a low-income country with promising growth, but the transition as a middle-income nation has been hindered by chronic problems including rapidly rising population, sizable government deficits, heavy dependence on foreign aid and recurrent governmental instability.
