There was a lot of Free Verse in the poem free verse is composed of variable, usually unrhymed lines having no fixed metrical pattern (it has a rhyme scheme but I think it is really hard to see and so that is why I say it is free verse) I think that the poem is also a ode because a ode A lyric poem of some length, usually of a serious or meditative nature and having an elevated style and formal stanza structure. Haiku is A Japanese lyric verse form having three unrhymed lines of five, seven, and five syllables, traditionally invoking an aspect of nature or the seasons, so in lines 7,8,9 there is haiku.
