The story, Tiny Smiling Daddy, was basically exactly like the introduction that the reader explained. It revolved around the sexuality of the girl, and how her father felt about it. I undestand how the father in the story can be somewhat dissappointed, because his little daughter did not turn out the way he wanted her to, but the feeling of disgust and shame that the father feels towards his daughter deeply dissappoints me. I believe that nomatter what your child does (whether they come out of the closet, go against your wishes in marriage, etc) a parent has no right to feel any type of disgust towards him or her. After all this girl is his baby and there is no way I can even imagine that the father can write this way explaining her look, and skinniness, and express a disgust towards her like that. I do not blame Kitty for somewhat hating her father in her adolesence, because instead of supporting her and being the backbone to her growing years, he joins with the others, somewhat being a traitor himself, and disagreeing and expressing that disagreement and disgust towards his own flesh and blood.
