There are many leadership models that different leaders choose to utilize, which in turn makes each leaders own style unique. The focus of this paper is on the specific leadership approaches of situational, charismatic, transitional, hierarchical, and relational. It will be based on what their models represent and whether or not they would be models I would choose from in deciding on which leadership approach I should take.
