Everyone should be accepted in society!!! that'ss all folks!!Planning Aim The aim of this experiment is to investigate how work effects the pulse rate. Introduction I am trying to find out how long it takes for your pulse rate to return to normal whilst varying the amount of work done. I will do this by doing 20 steps and counting how long it takes to return back to normal and then I will do the same for 40 steps. I already know that when you work your muscles are starved of oxygen and so your heart pumps faster to try and give them the oxygen required. Variables The key variables in this investigation are: The amount of steps done- more steps done = more work done The height of the step- higher the step = more work needed to get up higher step Time done working- more time done working = more work done.
