Loyalty and kindness, most times a sound friendship involves theses two main ingredients. These two building blocks of friendship are seen throughout George Lucas’s sci-fi action productions, Star wars and the Return of the Jedi. These two characteristics are quite fluently seen. Together they can create a well developed friendship which is a major factor in having a positive result. George Lucas uses archetypes to show that friendships are important in order to overcome and overtake evil forces which are threaded throughout this movie and also through our daily lives. The task is possibly one of the most popular archetypes used to show why friendships are significant, possibly the reason for this is because it runs through the series. The principal tasks in the movie are for Luke Skywalker to save his sister, Leia, from Darth Vader and destroy the Death star and the Empire.
