First off, a good boss is understanding and considerate to the needs and wants of his employee’s. ... He considers family issues and other issues that may arise and treats each employee with an understanding of their individual situations, and will work with any employee that displays a hard working attitude; in other words, he considers the employee and their needs independently. Sure, the boss might be superior in his education level, but he doesn’t treat anyone any differently, than he would want to be treated. ... Moreover, a considerate and understanding boss treats his employees with care and respect.
In addition to being understanding and considerate, a good boss will make sure that every employee feels that they are an important part of the team.
