On the field The two centre forwards stand out on the field choosing the people, finally after the chase for the good players is over and they’ve all been grasped, the choosing starts to become random.....and it is always down to one boy, Billy-Bob Taylor. And then the fight for “who-not-to-get Billy” would start. “WE had him last week” one team would proclaim. “Well YOU have all the best players” After the fight, the skip for the losing team would order Billy-Bobby to “Just stand in a corner and try not to hit the ball.” Bill was not the greatest with hand eye co-ordination, and that’s not even mentioning foot-eye co-ordination.
