The economic problem is one that is faced by all societies no matter its level of development. The economic problem arises as; whilst our wants are infinite our resources are finite.
Each society must find its own way to solve the economic problem as different societies face different complications, with time these complications will change and their solutions will have to as well. ... While looking for a solution for the economic problem some consideration must be placed into;
-How much to produce
-What to produce
-For whom to produce
-How to produce
By answering these factors, thought is being placed into how to allocate resources.
