It・s once again an important event of the year. This is the day whereby we show case our skills to promote our scout group and entice sec 1s to join our scout group. So it is a very important part of our calendar, especially when we don・t want to seem inferior to 02 scouts. =) So here goes, the day of Raffles Trail. Held on the 10th of January 2004, we took the whole week to prepare structures for Raffles Trail. The many days of prep were very tiring and I・m sure many of us had put in effort into preparing for this occasion. In the morning we reported at 7am, 1 hour earlier than our usual reporting time, that・s because Raffles Trail started at 8am. So we had to reach early to further prepare the site. So activity started punctually and attendance was great! All those who could make it there, made it! Yep. Then firstly, we had been given the task to set up the place where we would exhibit our CCA, the design block field. Each patrol were given specific tasks to put up various stuff. Eagles was in-charged of the flagstaff together with kestrel. Then the other patrols put up the gateways, tents, kitchen tents, catapult and more.
