Every leader, big and small, possesses a certain quality that makes them a leader. The different types of leaders are all-important and should be looked at as a gift. To look at one leader and claim them as “the best” or “the greatest” would be ignorant. It is foolish because if you claim one as the best you fail to see the wonderful qualities that others possess. I believe that I am a leader through a passion infuser. Though this is my strongest leadership quality, there are still aspects of this quality that I need to improve. The aspects of being a leader as a passion infuser that I need to improve are differentiation, empathy, and tactfulness. A leader as a passion infuser is someone who brings energy and excitement to what they are doing. I feel that I possess this quality because of many reasons. I will not do anything unless it is done 110% correct. This means that I will not go to a football game in spirit dress unless I dress full out.
