Why I Chose To Come To Western I chose to come to Western School of Technology and Environmental Science to be in Cosmetology. Cosmetology was my first rotation at Western, followed by Environmental Tech., Administrative Health Science and finally Culinary. I soon found out that Cosmetology was not my favorite of all of my rotations. Although I enjoyed it very much, I believe that I would have a much better and satisfying career in Culinary. Culinary is a field of work in which one can get better at, learn new things all the time, travel, make good money, own your own business, and enjoy doing. All these are reasons and 100***personal goals I have to be in the culinary program at Western. If I were to be in the culinary program at Western, I would fulfill these goals by first, practicing and always staying focused during class. Devoting all the time and energy in which it takes to be a good chef and an excellent student. Putting all my free time into what’s important for my future, while finding a balance between school and my social interactions.
