Although the text failed to cover much of the Reagan administration policies of the 1980’s, the United States and Great Britain were suffering from many of the same economical problems. The shortsightedness of the previous administrations, the Conservative Party in Great Britain and the Democrats of the Carter administration in the United States had brought on much of economic distress that Prime Minister Thatcher and President Reagan would have to battle. ...
