After having enough observations of the cashier’s work and the “döner” process cycles the following method was observed to be in use:
Current Process of Lezita:
As we have discussed in the introduction part Lezita’s system of serving customers takes a long time with a lot of idle moment in it. ... (please see the appendix b for the process chart of the current process of the dönerman )
As we have stated above, the Lezita’s process is not the ideal one and causes problems for the owners. ... In Lezita, the place where the cashier stands nearly 2 meters away from the place where the dönerman stands.
