Neither this Constitution nor the constitution of any state under state or federal law shall be construed to require that marital status or the legal incidents thereof be conferred upon unmarried couples or groups. ... Of course, people can believe anything they want, but do not get religious beliefs mixed in with the law because it simply has no place in that subject. ... Homosexual couples only want recognition for their love and have it be accepted by everyone else.
