A common occurence

Let’s give the rickshawala a name right at the beginning because calling the guy a rickshawala every other sentence doesn’t sound very right. We will call him Shamol. I was just going some place when I paused to look at something that caught my attention. This richkshawala was arguing with this man about the fare they had decided on. I really didn’t catch the argument at the very beginning, so I wasn’t totally aware at the time what was going on. The passenger apparently said he was gonna get off at Jonaki but he went a few extra paces but he refused to pay for the extra bit of distance he had traversed. The passenger, himself was a middle aged man, somewhat shabbily dressed and really wouldn’t intimidate too many people at first sight.
