Effects of 9/11 As a result of the attacks on the United States of America on September 11, 2001 millions of Americas lives were altered. Some were effected by the loss of loves ones, however most were effected by the fear and realization that more acts of terror were possible. In an article by Newsweek, a women who lost her husband in the plane crash in Pennsylvania describes how she is effected each day by the terrorist attacks. Lisa Beamer is now forced to raise a family of three kids all alone. Each day she has to deal with the memories of her lost husband. She is forced to live in two separate worlds.
