The fact that it is unconstitutional must be taken into account and should be made illegal in all states. Some people would argue that the person on death row probably killed someone in the first place, and therefore should be punished in the same way. That is wrong because then the judge who sentenced the man to death is also a murderer. Then the question is are you going to kill him too? There is also a lot of taxpayer’s money being wasted. One way it is being wasted is in all the court costs to get that person to be executed. This cost is person to be almost double the price to hold a man in prison for eighty years.
