This reveals that they are part of a common social network. This includes schools, balls, and other social functions. Powerful owners and managers are part of the upper class, and they create a network of social institutions made up of wealthy families and high-level corporate leaders. These social institutions provide patterned opportunities for the wealthy to maintain their elite status. This patterned conduct is conditioned at birth.
