...moving, bad grades, tests, money problems, high expectations, family trouble, making decisions, breaking up with a boyfriend or girlfriend, jobs, college, SAT & ACT’s , and on and on. I think that since a lot of people think that our generation has a lot more stress then our parents well just image what our kids generation is going to be like. Even though a lot of people think that the teens of this generation have a lot of stress than our parents some of the same things they went through also but just not to the same extent that we go through. As I was interviewing my mom she said some of the same things I said that stressed her out as kid such as school, friends, parents, grades, college, and she also had medical problems so going to the doctor always stressed her out. She also told me that most of the things that stressed her out it really was a big deal she basically lived a pretty much carefree life. On the other hand I also interviewed my dad and once again he said some of the same things expect one of the main thing that stressed him was sports considering he was in a lot of sports and there were high expectations of him. I took this research a step further and looked up some of the things that stress adults today some of them include: death of a spouse, divorce, death of a close family member, marriage, retirement, pregnancy, business readjustment, change in financial state, major mortgage, foreclosure of mortgage or loan, son or daughter leaving home, trouble with in-laws, vacation, and on and on. Now looking at the stress that adults go through today I would have to say in my own opinion that it is much more stress...
