Slavery started wars and many problems are still going on today. There are still many people that believe that whites are better then blacks. Some people believe that if we never went over there in the first place then the feelings for blacks would not be as bad as there are today. We were taught to hate African Americans from our ancestors. Finally after years and years most of the people in America seem to except that they are the same as anyone else in America.
