...ling very well, possibly due to a lack of nutrition resulting in a lack of energy. I think a much better diet would be to wake up and eat a breakfast composed of milk, cereal, and maybe a vitamin to start the day. I think this would also help me from feeling so tired in my classes throughout the day. I would then prepare a lunch with food from Jacks snack shop. Possibly a ham and cheese sandwich, with a carton of milk, an apple, and some carrot sticks and ranch dressing. This would be something I could eat quick and wouldn’t take a long time to prepare. For dinner I would eat something that has a little of each group, such as turkey, stuffing, mash potatoes, salad, apple sauce, and milk. I think that this type of diet with variances would be a diet much more conducive to a healthy longer living life. Another problem that leads into the nutritional problem is my poor scheduling. Sometimes I can be considered a time juggler, a person who constantly overschedules themselves. Also I am big on procrastination. I tend to wait till the last minute to do things. I get good grades but there are times when I loose a lot of sleep and place unnecessary stress in my life because of it. I think that if I were to stop procrastinating that would be 75% of my problem taken care of. It would be much easier just to do assignments as they are assigned and not wait till the last day to do them. This would let me work under less pressure and hopefully allow me to find time to eat properly. Also I could make a plan to do things. I could allow myself certain specified ti...
