People would not have to put others down to raise their self-esteem so they could feel better about themselves. I believe people who commit these kinds of acts really do not have high self-esteem about their selves. So if you have ever had this problem please do not feel so bad, hold your head up high and know that you are somebody and that you have a purpose for being on this earth. To have high self-esteem you must have several qualities about your self. The first thing is to have confidence about you. This can include not worrying about what others think about you.
