... around it. I believe their was no true placement of the camera in this segment because it was always moving around trying to catch how such of a exciting moment it was in the film. The movement of the camera was awesome. It was never just a still picture, there was always stuff happening in the viewfinder. For the framing of this segment, the producer did not follow the rule of thirds. The prisoner was in the middle of the picture for most of the segment. I believe that the only special effects in this segment were the thunderstorms, witch produced the lighting and thunder. The editing for this segment was of the utmost importance. I believe that what made the shots all work together was of how long the shots were. Many short- shots (time wise) were when the prisoner was crawling through the tunnel and tearing of his prison uniform. The long shots occurred when the prisoner raised his hands to the air as a symbol of fate. The last but not least, sounds. Much of the sound was also very dramatic. Most of the music was of the classical type, but very intense. It was like a giant professional orchestra was playing music to the sound of a thunderstorm. The actor h...
