The top two qualifications I will be looking for when hiring is their skills/abilities and their personality. The top characteristic I will look at with their personality is honesty. Since, honesty is a bases for most businesses staying open and ending the year with a profit. When necessary I will also hire freelancers for the services to my business on occasions. Also, interns will be welcomed in my establishments who are willing to gain experience and knowledge of a salon atmosphere. Employees of Hot Spot Salon will be paid upon a combination plan.
