...sing the Lord. I talked to one of my friends and decided to go to her church and see what similarities and differences our churches had between each other. Her religion is methodist. I hadn't ever been to a methodist church before and didn't really know much about them. Before I went she told me I had to dress up really nice in order to go, which didn't really bother me, because I let to dress up and look nice. When I got to the church I knew that this was going to be a different experience for me. This church was huge! And when I walked inside, there in front of me was the biggest organ I had ever seen! When I got seated I started looking around to see what was different. The choir had robes on and so did the pastor and the assistant pastor. Then my friend handed me a nice looking paper that showed what was going on during the service. Before the service started we talked about some of the ways her church was different than mine. One of the biggest differences was, in order for a person to be a methodist preacher you have to go to school and learn how to be a methodist preacher. Also, the preacher can only stay at one church for four years and then he has to go to another methodist church. Another difference between us is that they had the whole service scheduled out, ...
