...time out if we want to continue to enjoy all the progress we have made. The world is watching us closely and yet so many of us seem not to care what type of image we project! I for one LOVE the community that fills my soul and all it stands for. I go about my everyday routine actively practicing the principals of P.L.U.R and D.I.Y. The one thing that makes us great doesn't just apply to parties. So I ask you to take some time to look in the mirror and ask yourself what is it about raving that draws you to the parties. Are you there for the liberal attitudes toward chemical-enhancing our minds and bodies? Or is it the Music? Maybe you attend due to the many incredible people who, collectively create a powerful, heartfelt vibe; one of Love and Friendship; into one another’s heart. Or all combined, which makes our gatherings the warmest, most awe inspiring and fun events possible. Whatever the reasons, stop and think. Make sure you're there for all the right reasons. I recently attended an outdoor celebration that was shut down by the friendly police only four hours into the party. This was on private property located thirty miles from the nearest large town. The promoters welcomed us all to stay as long as we wanted, and to the amazement of our boys in blue, we did. The vibe increased tenfold and the event became a music free love festival. Here we were, 2000+ ravers, in an open meadow, under a beautiful sky, after our party got wrongly halted, still dancing, talking, hugging, and laughing. I was proud to have been a part of what transpired that evening because we made a stand. A positive statement was made for us. That night we showed a gang of 50 or so law enforcement officials that they could shut off our music and try to ruin our evening, but that they failed miserably and instead made us stronger and untied us even more! All we needed that night was one another's love and support to make our lives beautiful. We need to each party and realize that we are truly under attack, and do something about it! The...
