... are “creative enough” to write a speech. Just about anyone can get in front of people and speak. Some might get nervous but who cares, get over it. So we fidget a little bit in front of people, we aren’t going to get in trouble for it. After all not everyone can be as comfortable in front of people as Mr.Kelly is during his athletic announcements. They tell us that this will help us in life and get us an extra A in English class. If you think about it, how will being able to write a speech help us in life? It most likely won’t. For presentations you don’t need a big long speech all you need is a power point and a good idea of what you are going to say. NO SPEECH NEEDED. Plus if you are failing English then and extra A probably won’t help you that much, or if you have an A already how will and extra A help you? It won’t. I have enough work as it is.
