As a nurse, you are the one that makes a difference in a patient's life. A patient may see the nurse as a friend or someone to make their day a little brighter even under hte worst if situations. Just a kind ord or an act of encouragment coulod make all the difference to that patient. What some nurses lack is hte ablilty to care for ht epatient from the heatrt. Good quality nursing care is not all about getting the job done, instead it's more about fiving the patient reasssurance tyhat someone cares and sympathize with their situation.
