It is to become clear that also the catholic church in the today's society uses instrument and methods of advertisement and Public relation, with which it on itself and its tasks makes attentive and at the same time understanding and confidence recruits. I am the opinion that without public work the catholic church cannot be today or only imperfectly a church of the dialogue. Concerning my selected case example it becomes evident that public work belongs to the tasks of core of the woman employees and coworkers of a Pfarrgemeinde. The development and realization of a concept of public work within the institutions lead to the fact that the catholic church shows publicly more profiles. The topic public relations within the catholic church further controversially one discusses. Many humans are not the opinion, the message Christi, which announces the church, are suitable for a planned and purposeful public work.
