Many of his work programs has really inspired me; like Virginia Health Care Foundation, Partnership for Achieving Successful Schools, and TechRiders. Mark Warner started the Virginia Health Care Foundation, which has provided health care to more than 400,000 underserved Virginians in rural and urban areas. The Virginia Health Care Foundation promotes and funds local public and private partnerships that increase access to primary health care services for medically underserved and uninsured Virginians. Partnership for Achieving Successful Schools (PASS), was launched to give special attention and assistance to Virginia's at-risk schools, which face alarming deadlines for achievement under the Standards of Learning. The PASS program was recognized as a model for improving student achievement and the quality of their workforce. While these programs are important for Virginians, but I personally think nothing could be more important than TechRiders. TechRiders was created and launched by Mark Warner in May 2000.
