She actually went to the Gibault School and gathered tons of information that was really helpful in presenting our speech. Not that the rest of us didn’t do anything to get information, we did research out of the library and off the internet. Michelle did a great job of leading the group in that way though. Her leadership was a good concept to have had in the group. I would say that our group had all the guidelines necessary for having a good speech also. We all shared goals, rules, roles, norms, structure, and problem solving skills. We all contributed to this. Alesha and I had both had experience in working in groups before which we found this to be an important concept just as the book had said. The group not only showed important guidelines and experience, it also had great building cohesiveness. We showed a lot of this in our work with one another.
