Personal Strengths and weaknesses
...erson put in 100 percent when the dead line is near. I will stress out if thing not done properly. The real weakness is I cannot communicate when I get upset, I become mumbling and can’t get the point across. Cannot prioritize my goals. My weaknesses out weight my strengths. Organize my thoughts. My biggest weaknesses is English. Organization and Speech and reading are my greatest weaknesses. Thought; concentration; balance checkbook; review noted; seldom My Strengths: Even though with limited in communication skills, English is my second language, I managed to hang on my profession for over 20 years. It was fortunate that I have. Looking on the certificates hang on the wall in my working room, I realized it’s crowed and may be time to rearrange because there is no more room to hang any more if a new one should arrives. The last award came in a week ago that added up 20 (lie). And it also filled up the last spot on the wall, which I built just for fun, for encouragement and inspire my kids. It took almost twenty years for me to achieve all those awards. The awards were presented to me from a previous company and one I current work on. Out of all of the achievement, there only a few that really means some thing to me while the rest are meaningless.
