Personal strengths and weaknesses

...the individuals getting left behind, by not having a degree. So, I decided to go back to school. I chose the University of Phoenix for its location and time it will take to actually get my degree. I have learned too accomplish something in life; one needs a plane, blue prints or goals to go about it. A goal is described as “an end toward which effort is directed; an aim or intention”. With that in mind here are my goals. The First Goal being, Dedication, You must learn to dedicate time to study, reading, and doing homework. You need at least two hours a day to study. You also need to read everyday, and have plenty of time to do your homework and review it, correct any mistakes you may have made. That means turning the television off, even if your favorite program is on. Taking your book to work and reading it between breaks. Dedication will help you in getting your degree and developing your mind for the job of your dreams. The Second goal, commitment; you have to put school before your friend, and sometimes even before work. There will always be some obstacles trying to break your commitment to school. For example, the job that will make you 45K a year, but not let you progress any further in you career.
