There would only be a 3-day week of work so they can provide community service for the community or obtain further job training. Education is one of the most important aspects of society. Every citizen receives an education for 12 years. After the child finishes high school any college that you can get into will be paid for. Each citizen would give 1 year of community service in their late teens or early twenties. They could select to work with the elderly, physically disabled, emotionally- disturbed, and ecological projects or research. A well-developed program would be in place with many citizens selecting to do more than one year. The natural world is highly respected. There is a zero tolerance for pollution. All energy is provided by: wind turbines, solar power, or hydrogen- based efforts. Each home has a highly efficient wind turbine or solar panel.
