...oes and so on, I can do: Every 2 weeks I am going to do on how I am if I am progressing or not, for example a fitness test I could do is the same as the exercise that I do at home. From this exercise though if I only done this test it would be good because I can do running for 60 minutes, then count how many laps I do in that certain amount of time and maybe plot a graph of results to see in the line graph to see wither I am improving or not. Here are 2 fitness tests I can do to see if I am improving or not (see next page for them!) Monitoring Progress Firstly I am going to draw out tables that I need for filling in as I go along, then during the training programme I am going to conduct a diary to prove that I done it and record my heart rate during and on the recovery periods. At the end of the programme I will conclude on results and analyse it plus evaluate the whole training programme. Results Tables 1) The 8 week training programme... Now for keeping track on what I am doing here are 8 tables and I will fill in on what I have done over that week and on what I done and how long I did it and so on… Diary Week 1 I have done very well considering an injury occurred during my training programme on my body. I have improved a lot and comparing these results to my pre-test results, you can definitely see a difference of results, I have gotten fitter as well and I notice that my arms and muscles have gotten stronger using the rowing machine. During when I was pitching the level I was going working to work at during the programme, I noticed that the level that I was working at was appropriate and I was not overdoing or going over the level. Also the appropriateness of the order of exercises within the programme was appropriate because they were manageable and the order I done it was just right not to over do the limit. The application of progression and overload in my programme were used by on some of the weeks I sometimes overdone it so that my body eventually coped with the situation whereas with progression I sometimes used to progressively develop my body to make it fitter. The choices of the exercises were good because they were used specifically for endurance, to keep my body going that little bit further in a football game or in any other physical activity. While performing the programme, how I used progression and overload was such as when I used progression on the treadmill, I would progress myself further to get used to the extra minute or two so my body can cope with it, whereas if I used overload on the treadmill, I would overload myself with extra minutes to boost my body up to that desired level. I also used the right choices of exercise during performing my programme because when I got my results back, they shoed that every 2 weeks when I tested myself, I could see that I have done better. How you manage the programme is vital to the programme because if you do not manage it properly and stick to the exercises and the times then your training will go al pear-shaped, and how I managed it was by whenever I went to do the exercises I always made sure that I stuck to those exercises and to those right minutes that I planned before. The order again was done well because as I was doing the exercises I knew I done them in the right order be—cause I never got fatigued and each order of exercise concentrated on that part of the body and then on the next exercise then concentrated on another part of the body so the body part before never got tired. During doing the programme I felt that whenever I got tired or fatigued, I could push myself further mentally to go that extra further physically and by this motivation, I ended up with progressive results, and I am delighted that I am that bit fitter than I was before I done the programme. While monitoring the programme, the exercises while monitoring the programme I felt that I had chosen them well, and I chosen the correct choice of exercises to do to improve my endurance. The order in which they were done, I noticed during monitoring the programme that the order was done well as I said earlier to concentrate on that part, then on another part of the body to speci...
