Scaffolding to be supplied by client. 3. Power , water , toilet faciletis requirements are provided by client . 4. All materials, fitting & hiring the equipment ‘s to be supplied by client. 5. No charge for removing all the debris and cleaning up on site at the completion of all work in our trade. 6. D due to material delivery or transfer material for a distance more than 10m and access to work area etc, & holding up from other subtrades (plumber, electrician) will be charge for at $35/hr per man on site. 7.
