...esired. This story made me think of “Story of an hour” in some way both protagonists lived their lives and tasted the meaning of life they thought they were meant to live all along. In both stories main characters ended their lives as they had just discovered true meaning of self and life within. the protagonist in the story was dynamic because: Paul’s character is dynamic because throughout the story Paul lives different lives within. He always escapes reality by visiting Carnegie Hall where among music and art he finds peace and true meaning of life. Paul also wants to change things around him; he wants others to realize that he does not belong among them.
