Paganism
...ng the religion of Paganism seem dark, shadowy, sad and gloomy. If anything, it is a religion that celebrates life and light. Paganism is a polytheistic religion (belief in more than one God); they try to celebrate throughout all the seasons, and have festivals like Yule and Litha (summer and winter solstice), or Mabon and Ostara (fall and spring equinox), where they get together to give thanks to the Goddess and God with rituals, dancing and songs. Paganism is a polytheistic religion (belief in more than one God). Many people fear Paganism because a pagan believes in, and uses magic, and they have been taught that the use of magic is taboo. In fact, magic has been used throughout time, for even Jesus used it for – turning water into wine – raising a man from the dead, after 500 years – and for feeding multitudes of people. There is another very big myth about Pagan’s, which is the belief that they hold ritual sacrifices. While there are people and religions that do have human sacrifices, as part of there rituals, because of some misconception that they have been taught to believe, Paganism does not! A true pagan may sacrifice a herbal plant to help someone with an illness, but it would be totally out of cha...
