The style used in the artical uses simple sentences giving clear precise explenations of what everything is although the paragraphs are quite long. The language used in the artical is aimed at the general public and the computer and computer illiterate as they are only a few complex words such as 'neophytes' and 'emantes'. The tone of the peice is seriouse as it is paced at a medium rate makiing it an artical thats not a difficult read fro the reader but not lacking in information at the same time. 3. The writer found it nessecery to make a reply template as he receives messages from his freinds and coleges that are infected with a virus, so he has made a template as this situation happens often and he expects it to happen again in the future. 4. Economics and software are responsibly for the increse in junk mail as software has made it more efficent to send 10,000 emails as it is to send 10 traditional mailshots. An with software 'spambots' colecting email addreses from websites and newsgroups, storing them in a database, making it even easier. 5. The author thinks that the use of interent for communicating is cheaper and more effeicent than traditional methods.
