Our Favorite Restaurant“Fogo de Chao”
...hts showed every positive aspect of the beautiful stucco building. From the awning-covered driveway to the ceramic tile walkway, elegance was personified; it was totally breathtaking and exciting. Upon arrival, a tuxedo-attired valet greeted us. Our vehicle was parked as we were warmly escorted to the entrance of the lobby. The lobby itself was as inviting and elegant as the outside. Fine furnishings and breathtaking artwork was a feast for our eyes. Aromatic scents of a glass enclosed, open-pit rotisserie set our mouths to watering causing our hunger pangs to kick into over-drive. We knew we were in for a delightful dining event. Shortly after registering with the hostess, the wait staff escorted us to a specially prepared table. It was elegant and romantic while welcoming to our young daughter. The dining room was absolutely gorgeous with the tables being round and dressed with white linen tablecloths. Huge chandeliers hung from the tall ceiling and soft music played in the background. To emphasize the Brazilian atmosphere, the waiters were nicely dressed in Brazilian style gauchos with high leather boots. These waiters offered us some of the greatest service we have experienced in restaurant dining from the West-to-East Coast. As a waiter approached our table, we realized that he carried a sword with meat to sample as well as a listing of the meats, which could be carved to our taste.
