Another problem is Americans are not eating adequate amounts of needed vitamins and minerals due impart to consumption of junk food. Many mature adults, over the years, have forgotten what real food is. Rather then eating healthy home cooked meals they eat high calorie, high fat foods that are easily available, inexpensive, and heavily advertised. According the wk#1 in an average class of 25 like this around 78% will eat junk food an average four times a week. Too much junk food can replace the healthier foods that you body needs.
