The NPM makes public administration to be flexible, innovating, and problem solving and entrepreneurial. The advantages of NPM are as follows, in the organizational structures, NPM maximizes the extent and administrative units act like corporations in a market serving customer, by being cost effective & responsive to the need of their customers. The cost effectiveness is achieved by creating competition among various governmental agencies. Public administrators are responsive by negotiations and paying close attention to the needs of their customers. Another advantage of the NPM is on their focus on customer satisfaction which uses market dynamics which creates incentive that drives their employees to putting customers first. Because of their customers’ satisfaction driven program, it leads to or creates an effective & entrepreneurial government.
