It is also likely that government officials and other peers of White could expect him to act immediately on what they think should be done instead of giving their suggestions careful consideration. I believe that Chief White will actually stimulate the community with new ideas and approaches. He has a law enforcement career that spans more than thirty years of service. He comes from Greensboro, North Carolina’s Police Department where he was known to take time to know the community and the department that he was responsible for administering. If he uses some of the same approaches that he used in Greensboro, it is likely that he will succeed in Louisville, Kentucky. White also had a reputation of getting to know his officers. He is known for being a hard charging, forward thinking administrator who sets goal and gets task accomplished.
