...ghout my research into the application process and specifically into what many of the top programs are looking for, in terms of admitting students, one of the common key things that I found was often stressed, was the fact that the school was looking for diversity, leadership skills, and a history of success. And this is what I want to take the opportunity to portray about myself. It is no secret that someone who has a number of full-time work years has more opportunity to show that they have obtained and utilized some of the very skills that schools are looking for.
